The 9th annual Shakespeare Festival took place in Clifton Park in June 2017 over 10 nights, with thousands of Rotherham’s children of all ages and abilities performing in a bespoke theatre.

The project takes place over six months in all, each year, with theatre practitioners visiting schools and working alongside teachers to build the performance.  This is an authentic theatre experience for the children and a superb training opportunity for the teachers.

To get involved with next year’s festival, the 10th Anniversary Festival, please contact where you can reserve a place for your school or find out more.
